2018 started out with a cold front and snow storm that pushed back our school calendar. I hope everyone was able to stay warm. I am very relieved that warmer weather has arrived and hope that the rain on Friday will clear our blacktop of the snow.
Our STAR assessment window opened last week and many students have taken the second round of assessments. Ask your child about the assessment and they should be able to tell you if they grew from September’s baseline assessment. We have had many proud students over the last several days as they learn how much they have grown over the last 75 days of school.
We have no school on Monday due to the celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
