The city council will be voting on whether to put a 85 million bond to vote next November. This bond proposal has been put together to repair the many older buildings in Warwick. Our school has been slated to receive almost 3 million dollars for a new roof. There will be a meeting onTuesday, January 30th at 6:00 pm. It would be very helpful if you could email your city councilman before Tuesday to encourage them to vote for the $85 million dollar bond. If passed, this bond will go before voters in the fall. As you are aware, your buildings are in desperate need of repairs and capital improvements. This is an important opportunity to fix many of our buildings’ problems.
